Thank you for trusting Winchester Periodontics & Implantology. Dr. Robert Mehanna, D.M.D., provides specialty surgical care organized around four pillars:

We are not a general dental practice and do not pursue routine hygiene or family-dentistry patients you refer.

How we support your office

We align surgical sequencing with your restorative design, share findings promptly, and return patients to you for prosthetic care unless you request otherwise. Communication by phone, email, or written update as you prefer.

Cases commonly referred

• Insufficient ridge or sinus-related bone for planned implants
• Complex infection requiring regenerative periodontal / surgical therapy before reconstruction
• Soft-tissue deficiencies needing oral plastic surgery around teeth or implants
• Full-arch surgical planning coordinated with your prosthesis design

Referral steps

We welcome referrals from general practitioners, cardiologists, oral surgeons, and dentists — oral infectious disease has an important clinical link to heart health — as well as from restorative and specialty colleagues.

1. Send notes, imaging, and restorative goals.
2. Download the Referral Form (PDF).
3. Patient schedules or we outreach per your instruction.
4. Consultation plan shared with your office.
5. Surgery and follow-up; restorative return to you.
